Usually, I would think its a bit early to hear details regarding dates and official locations when it comes to the next MLG Circuit season. However, surprisingly, a tweet via the executive vice president, Adam Apicella, indeed confirmed that the company will in face be holding another event in Anaheim, California in 2014 from June 13-15. Based on strong recent feedback from the MLG community, Anaheim was an extremely successful event, with this recent one being one of the most successful events within the 10 years the company has existed. Unfortunately, the dates announced will in fact be conflicting with Dream Hack Sweden’s date, which will be held from June 14-17. This scheduling is of course un-intentional on both, these companies do quite a bit to try and prevent overlaps as much as possible with other events, however, now with more and more events popping up, it’s almost inevitable.
No details have been stated as of yet regarding which titles will be featured at next years Anaheim event, but if I had to make an estimate now, I would be almost certain that we will probably see League of Legends, DOTA 2, and Call of Duty Ghosts, as the main titles featured.
