W3G is excited to announce our first tournament series for 2014, The Overload Series! TOS will be a bi-weekly HearthStone online tournament series held every other Saturday. We aim to kick off our tournament support for the competitive HearthStone community by beginning with this premier tournament series. Tournaments will be single elimination, Best of 3 until finals, which will be Best of 5. The winner of each tournament will also receive a cash prize! The amount of the cash prize may increase as we see more support and consistent sign-ups for the events!

Check In time/Confirmation: 5:20pm-5:50pm EST (After registering, you must check in once confirmations open at 5:20pm EST)

Start Time: 6pm EST

Tournament Rules/Format

Region Type: North American Accounts Only!

Bracket Type: Single Elimination

Mode: BO3 (Best of 3) until Grand Finals, which will be BO5 (Best of 5)

Deck Format: Players may choose any given Hero before the start of the first game of their match. The winner of each game, must stick with the chosen Hero until he or she loses. The looser of a round within a game, must pick a different Hero before the next game. “SIDEBOARDING IS NOT ALLOWED!

Matchmaking format: 1v1

Reporting Matches: Both players are expected to report their matches immediately to the official reporting match section of the tournament.

Opponent no show: If your opponent does not show for 15 minutes since the start of first round, 15 minutes since both you and your opponent are paired together in a bracket match, or disconnects for more than 15 minutes in between the games of an ongoing match, please contact tournament administrator with a freewin request.

Disconnection: Disconnections during a game is counted as a loss, unless both players agree on a alternative solution.
