Thought competitive Killer Instinct was dead? Think again. Killer Instinct as a title as well as the community seem to be proving themselves quite well as we make our way into 2017; with several updates announcements already made for the game regarding future content, as well as many new community events and circuits popping up – 2017 is looking to be another great year for the Killer Instinct fanbase.

For those of you who may not know, back in early December Stream.Me revealed that would be hosting a Killer Instinct circuit, kicking off in 2017, as a sort of successor to their Kombat Cup online tournament series. This new tournament series is entitled the “Kross Up Circuit”, and will feature weekly tournaments taking place every Saturday from January 14th up until April 2nd. The format for the tournament will be best of five, single elimination, and the event will be open to players on both Windows 10 and Xbox One.

Registration for next weekends tournament within the circuit is now live, with several prominent KI competitors already registered.  You can sign up now by visiting the official registration page located here. For those of you who would like to tune into the action, you’ll be able to watch it live on the Kross Up Channel, where commentary provided by Mr.Aquaman and JagoBlake will be present. It’s bound to be an amazing experience for both KI competitors and spectators alike!
